"Hey, it's me.  I'm going to be a little late tonight and I don't really feel like cooking, so how about we just eat at Granny's tonight?  Call me back when you have a moment, okay?  Love you, bye."  Claire was smiling as she ended the message to Archie's voicemail, straightening away from the counter as she tucked her phone away.  Pausing then as she saw a smirking Belle nearby, she rolled her eyes with a laugh.  "Oh shut up."

"Come on, it's cute."  Belle smiled warmly.  "You both are very cute together.  It's nice to see you happy."

"Thanks."  Claire smiled back before pausing.  "I just hope it lasts."  Which was a constant worry, a little voice of doubt, that existed in the back of her head considering where they both came from.  Both very different worlds but not without their trouble and people who could pose as an obstacle.

One of those people from Claire's world was about to pop up though.  In fact, he stood just a few blocks away.

Frowning, Noah Bennet stood beside his rental car as he slowly looked over the buildings and the street in front of him.  Taking into consideration all the places his daughter could have gone, he could see the lure but as an agent he could also see all the concerns.  She would stand out too easily here, among people who would know she was a stranger, and there wasn't that many places to hide.  It would be all too easy to find her when one was asking the right questions.  Of course, he knew he would have to be careful just in case she had made any friends who would tip her off if he pushed too hard too fast.

Unfortunately for her, he was good at hunting people down.

Fixing a warm but polite smile on his face, he stepped up onto the sidewalk, looking up and down the street before moving towards a little diner called Granny's.  He would get a cup of coffee, ask where there was a hotel or a bed and breakfast, and he would see about this town that had been her last known location.  If she had moved on, which he hoped she had, he would find that out soon too.  Either way, he was on her trail and he would find her soon, he was sure of that.

"So we might have a slight problem."  Claire announced as she slipped past Archie when he let her into the back door.  She was currently carrying two grocery bags filled with food that she had picked up so they could make something for dinner.  Walking into his kitchen, she set them on the counter before turning to face him with a neutral look since she wasn't sure how he was going to react to her problem.

"I was having lunch with Belle and Ruby today and they were asking a lot of questions about us.  Just about how much time we've been spending together and all that."  She slipped her jacket off, moving over to drape it over the back of a chair before moving to open the bags.  It was clear from the way she moved around his place that she was comfortable there, especially now that she was starting to remember where he had put everything.  Removing the frozen lasagna, she placed it on top of the stove and then turned to remove the two packs of garlic bread.

"I tried to play it off as casually as I could but...I think people around town are starting to wonder."  It was also clear from the way she was talking a little quicker than usual that she was nervous about his reaction.  What if he told her they had to cool things off because people were starting to notice?  She wasn't sure she could handle that idea.

Nearly a week had passed since Claire's arrival in Storybrooke and the subsequent disappearance of her car.  She still had no idea where her car had gone or who was behind it and it was even more confusing to her that someone wanted to strand her there in the town considering everyone still seemed spooked by her presence.  The only bright spot in the whole mess was Archie Hopper.

Claire didn't know what it was about him that drew her in but she found herself spending time with him almost every day whether it was breakfast and a morning walk or some time after his last appointment of the day.  Either way, she always enjoyed herself around him and it had gotten to the point that she found herself waiting till she could see him again.  Even now she kept glancing at the clock waiting for the time she could stop by his office to say hi.  So when the knock came on her door, she was surprised but not as surprised as she was to find Mr. Gold standing on the other side.

"Hi, Miss Butler."  He smiled at her, taking a step into her room.  "I'm here because I think we can come to an arrangement about your car."

A short while later, Claire didn't know if she felt better or not to have a plan but she felt the need to tell Archie almost as soon as it was done.  There was no doubt in her mind that he was going to worry about the deal she had made but it seemed simple enough.  Harmless, even.  Of course she knew that meant it probably wasn't and that there was some sort of consequence that she couldn't see at the moment but she was willing to deal with that once they came.

Entering Archie's office, she paused in the little waiting room, glancing around as she listened to see if she could hear him talking to someone in his office.

Claire was staring quietly at the phone while she should have been getting ready for her night out with Klaus. Really, it was a surprise he was taking her out but she knew that he felt comfortable in doing so ever since he did that mind thing with her. The 'compulsion' as he called it. It was the only thing that kept her from calling Peter or Angela even though she knew they weren't that far away.

Not that Klaus knew though. She hadn't been sure he would have brought her with him to New York if he knew she had family there, family who could quite possibly take her away from him even if he had put it into her head to stay with him.

Not that staying was all that bad, really. Besides his temper, Klaus was kind of...amusing. And not the worse person she had ever been around in her lifetime. Plus feeding him wasn't so bad either as she rather liked the floatiness or the temporary relief that came when he took too much.

Tearing her gaze away from the phone, she pushed to her feet once she was done putting on her knee high boots. Walking over to the full length mirror in the master bedroom of their hotel suite, she turned slowly as she took in the full effect of her costume with a small smirk. Pleased then with how she looked, she walked over to grab the riding crop off the bed before she went in search of her 'date' for the night.

"Klaus?" She called out, moving into the sitting area. He had seen the outfit when it arrived after she ordered it online but she wanted to see if he liked it once it was actually on her.

Nikola was slender, slight, but he was strong, far stronger than he appeared. He had no trouble pinning Claire down, feeling her react to him. There was no doubt that she wanted this.

"Good," he murmured, roughly shoving her top up and over her head.

Claire was slender as well, petite even as she barely hit being five foot one but she was strong in her own way after years of gymnastics and the fact that she didn't have to worry about pain like most people did. But yes, she wanted this and so she lifted her arms to help him get her shirt off over her head.

Reaching down, she started on his jacket, helping him to peel it off as well.

And that not feeling pain would come in very useful very soon. Nikola moved his arms, helping her get his jacket off. The way he dressed was all very well most of the time, but it was annoying at times like these. Control was hard fought right now, but until they had all their clothing off, he didn't want to let go. His nails growing were not helpful for that.

Yes, she could definitely seen the downside to the three piece suit now. She dropped his jacket to the floor before moving onto the next piece, completely oblivious to his nails brushing against her skin until she shivered and glanced down. Then she glanced up with a small smirk. "I guess telling you to use your nails on the rest of your suit would earn me a frown, right?" Especially if his suit was as expensive as it looked.

Set Fire to the Rain - Adele
I let it fall, my heart
And as it fell, you rose to claim it
It was dark and I was over
Until you kissed my lips and you saved me

My hands, they're strong
But my knees were far too weak
To stand in your arms
Without falling to your feet

But there's a side to you that I never knew, never knew
All the things you'd say, they were never true, never true
And the games you play, you would always win, always win

But I set fire to the rain
Watched it pour as I touched your face
Let it burn while I cry
'Cause I heard it screaming out your name, your name

When laying with you
I could stay there, close my eyes
Feel you here, forever
You and me together, nothing is better

'Cause there's a side to you that I never knew, never knew
All the things you'd say, they were never true, never true

And the games you'd play, you would always win, always win

But I set fire to the rain
Watched it pour as I touched your face
Let it burn while I cried
'Cause I heard it screaming out your name, your name

I set fire to the rain
And I threw us into the flames
Where I felt somethin' die, 'cause I knew that
That was the last time, the last time

Sometimes I wake up by the door
Now that you've gone, must be waiting for you
Even now when it's already over
I can't help myself from looking for you

I set fire to the rain
Watched it pour as I touched your face
Let it burn while I cried
'Cause I heard it screaming out your name, your name

I set fire to the rain
And I threw us into the flames
Where I felt somethin' die
'Cause I knew that that was the last time, the last time, oh

Oh, no
Let it burn, oh
Let it burn
Let it burn

You Are Optimistic

You are upbeat and hard charging. You have a real "can do" spirit.

You are an extreme risk taker. You love the rush that taking a gamble gives you.

You are decisive. Once you make a decision, you stick to your guns.

You stay positive and focused on what works. You're willing to overlook others' flaws - including your own.

Sure, I don't do a meme for months, then I come back to do one and it still calls me a risk taker.

"Don't You Wanna Stay"
Jason Aldean
(feat. Kelly Clarkson)

I really hate to let this moment go
Touching your skin, and your hair falling slow
When a goodbye kiss, feels like this

Don't you wanna stay here a little while?
Don't you wanna hold each other tight?
Don't you wanna fall asleep with me tonight?

Don't you wanna stay here a little while?
We can make forever feel this way
Don't you wanna stay?

Let's take it slow, I don't wanna move too fast
I don't wanna just make love, I wanna make love last
When you're up this high, it's a sad goodbye

Don't you wanna stay here a little while?
Don't you wanna hold each other tight?
Don't you wanna fall asleep with me tonight?
Don't you wanna stay here a little while?
We can make forever feel this way
Don't you wanna stay?

Oh yeeah

Oh, you feel so perfect, baby
Yeah, you feel so perfect, baby

Don't you wanna stay here a little while?

Don't you wanna stay here a little while?
Don't you wanna hold each other tight?
Don't you wanna fall asleep with me tonight?
Don't you wanna stay here a little while?
We can make forever feel this way
Don't you wanna stay?
